1. General
To create a user profile with us, you must register using your mobile number. You will receive a verification code via SMS so we can ensure that you are a valid user and that the service is not misused. As a member, you may receive emails, SMS messages, or push notifications related to your membership. You can change your notification preferences at any time through our service.
2. Membership and terms
Your membership on KinkyFriends becomes active after you complete registration and phone verification. This is an adults-only (20+) service; you must not register if you are under 20. There is no binding period, and you may cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation, your user profile will be deleted and you will no longer have access to the service. Your membership continues until you choose to terminate it yourself.
3. Responsibility
In the event of unexpected errors or technical problems with our service, we will do everything we can to resolve them as quickly as possible. We are not financially liable to our members in such situations, or in situations that are not considered gross negligence on our part. We are not responsible for the information or content members publish on our website or transmit through our services. We are also not responsible for our members’ behavior, including any risks associated with contact with other members.
4. Obligations and rights
It is not permitted to create fake user profiles or advertise other services through KinkyFriends. It is also prohibited to use KinkyFriends for mass messaging (spam) or to publish messages intended to harm our service. Publishing images or content of a pornographic or sexual nature, as well as content that may be offensive or abusive to others, is not allowed. As a member, you agree to show respect and good behavior toward other members and toward our service in general. We reserve the right to deactivate or delete user profiles that violate our membership agreement in any way.
5. Right of withdrawal for digital content
When purchasing digital content, such as memberships or paid features, you consent to the delivery starting immediately after purchase. Once delivery has started, the right of withdrawal ceases in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws regarding digital content. This means that you cannot cancel the purchase after you have gained access to the service.
