KinkyFriends is an adults-only dating and social platform. You must be at least 20 years old to register or use the service.
1. Who these terms apply to
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://beta.kinkyfriends.org and related services operated by KinkyFriends (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, logging in, or browsing the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and GDPR information.
2. Adults only (18+)
The service is intended exclusively for people aged 20 and over. You confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide (including date of birth) is accurate. We may suspend or delete accounts that appear to belong to minors or that misstate age. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 20.
3. Account and membership
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account. You may close your account at any time via account settings or by contacting info@kinkyfriends.org. There is no minimum contract period unless you purchase optional paid features, in which case separate purchase terms may apply.
4. Acceptable use
As an adult community, you agree to:
- Treat other members with respect; harassment, threats, hate speech, and stalking are prohibited.
- Not post or send illegal content, content involving minors, non-consensual material, or malware.
- Not impersonate others, operate fake profiles, or use the service for spam or unsolicited advertising.
- Not scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our systems without written permission.
- Report profiles or messages that violate these rules via our report tools or Contact.
Flirtation and adult themes between consenting adults are permitted within community guidelines. We may remove content or restrict accounts at our discretion to protect members and the service.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of photos, messages, and profile text you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the platform (e.g. showing your profile to other members, delivering messages). You must have the right to upload anything you share.
6. Other members and offline contact
We do not conduct criminal background checks on members. Interactions—online or in person—are at your own risk. Use caution when sharing personal details or meeting someone. We are not responsible for the conduct of members or for disputes between members, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep KinkyFriends available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or events outside our control may cause downtime. We may change features with reasonable notice where practical.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss arising from member-generated content or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, including in the EEA.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, pose a safety risk, or are required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
